To many, this plan can seem a bit boring as it so limits your choices for dining. However, when you use your options creatively you will find that you can actually really enjoy eating while losing weight at the same time. First of all, this is a plan that must be followed for a two week period, and there are certain requirements for what you can eat during each day it is followed. For example, the first day you are recommended to eat the following:

For day two:

Bullet  One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Bullet  One teaspoon of Ground pepper
Bullet  One teaspoon of Garlic powder
Bullet  A finely chopped onion

Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl and form about four equally proportioned patties. These may be broiled for about fifteen minutes.
